  • Totally normal. Most of my clients come to me, not really knowing what kind of support they need. Just that they need support. That’s why we start with a big old brain dump. You don’t need to have it all figured out.

  • Not at all. I offer both project-based support (like setting up your systems, building out a launch plan, or untangling your tech stack), and longer-term retainer-style support if you want someone in your corner on the reg.

  • Yes. If it needs a 12-page user manual or a degree in automation, I don’t build it. Soft ops are set up to feel intuitive, light-touch, and low-maintenance. And I’ll walk you through it all, so you’re not left wondering what button does what.

  • Yep! From creating the freebie itself to designing the opt-in, setting up the form, automating the email sequence and making sure it’s not just sat there gathering dust, I’ll help build a funnel that actually does something. No ads, no ick, just aligned strategy and systems.

  • Yeah, I do full site builds. Squarespace is my fave. A strategically built website is a system. It needs to work behind the scenes, so your content gets seen, your offers are clear, and your site supports your business (not slows it down).

  • Nope, you can just say “I think my funnel’s broken” or “my website feels off” or “I’m sending every email manually and it’s exhausting.” We’ll talk it through and I’ll suggest how we can simplify things, whether it’s a one-off build or ongoing support.

  • Yeah, that’s kinda my thing. Setting up your scheduler properly. Making sure your contact forms actually go somewhere. Rebuilding the backend systems so you don’t scream every time you log in. You don’t have to do it alone (or at all, tbh).
